Working in Germany

Figuring out your career path in Germany can be challenging. What do you want to do? What can you do? How flexible is your path, and what effect do your choices today have on your future career in Germany? (Hint – it might have a larger impact that you think). German employers have specific expectations that may differ from those you are familiar with, and the pressure to find a great job and write the perfect application can feel overwhelming – it feels like everything depends on getting that job offer.

Since 2008, I’ve been working with international students, researchers, and professionals. Along with my work on mental health and diversity I’ve focused on supporting you in finding a career path that fits you using tools and methods that support well-being at work and in your career development. I’ve designed this site as a platform to share the resources and services I’ve put together for international students, relocated professionals, and expats who want to stay (and be successful!) in Germany. I offer online courses, individual career coaching, and in-house workshops and trainings – you can find more information below!
